Incredible very central location, so close to other locations in Zakopane, restaurants and shopping and the main shopping area. Also, to Tatra mountains. New-fashioned and warm rooms, with a lot of space. Plenty of facilities like: Wi-Fi, coffee, and a kettle.

Beds were too soft.

The room was big size with marvellous views of Tatry mountains. The location was excellent, at a medium distance from Aqua Park. We found it in a shopping area really close to the main shopping area, the pedestrian walkway, and Zakopane/Krupowki Street.

The restaurant was stunning with fine breakfast here, I had hot dishes. Having a walk-in shower and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was marvellous and the staff were pleasant! Café Kawiarnia Kmicic located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It was in the very central location to Tatra mountains.

Location close to the main ski lifts as well as a taxi from train or coach station. Modern and warm unit with an excellent balcony. Variety of options, delicious food.

Immaculately clean place, good service, extremely friendly staff. Very good breakfast choice with sausages, fish and cheese.

Location: the hotel was really close to a quite area, bus stop and Gubalowka. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Aqua Park.

What a magnificent location close to centre! Besides, very convenient to Wystawa Figur Woskowych Expo Krupowki.

Beautiful Grounds, Rooms so-so

During my recent stay at a hotel in Zakopane, I was immediately captivated by the stunning landscaping that surrounded the property. The views of the mountains from the porch of our room were simply breathtaking. The lobby and hallways were clean and spacious, giving a positive first impression. However, when it came to the room itself, I have to admit, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The beds were quite low to the ground and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower also had a strange design that resulted in water flooding the bathroom floor with each use. Additionally, there were only two bath towels and one bath mat provided, and the lack of hand towels and washcloths was a disappointment. On the bright side, the room was clean, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner options were enjoyable. my experience at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, with some positives and negatives. However, I would still recommend it for those who value beautiful surroundings and are willing to overlook some room deficiencies.

Good restaurants not far from the venue. Fine base for exploring Zakopane.

Excellent experience at Wersal! The room was clean and the daily cleaning service was prompt. The balcony provided a lovely spot to relax. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center. Despite some noise from nearby construction, it didn't affect our stay. WiFi was reliable. highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. Pleasant staff, beautiful views from balcony , 3 minutes walk to main entertainment street ( Krupowki) .

Everything was perfect. The room , staff and breakfast.

Gym has free weights and cardio machines. 20 min walk from railway, 2 min to shopping/dining area. Near pedestrian walkway. Nice balcony view during thunderstorm. Helpful staff with directions. Calm location. Outstanding breakfast with hot and cold options. Free access to spa. Central location, short walk to Krupowki street. Proper Polish buffet breakfast.
